Assess

We'll check what wi-fi coverage and access points you need, possible routes for cables, the space needed for power and frame room and so on. Then we’ll start designing the service.

Plan

We'll draw up a detailed installation plan designed to give you the best possible performance for your wi-fi strategy. This includes specifying hardware that will give you optimum speed.

Deliver

Our project managers and engineers will follow the installation plan to set everything up. They will give you a weekly progress report followed by wi-fi coverage and signal strength testing.

Manage

Once we’ve set everything up, our in-life service management team will take over to get your service started and help you make the most of your new wi-fi network.

Fully managed solution

Overlay solutions

These are ideal for businesses that already have a wireless LAN infrastructure, but want to offer public wi-fi as a new feature. If you already have your own access points and prefer to re-use those, our overlay service gives you a cost-effective option. You can either break out the internet traffic locally (local guest) at each site, using one of our backhaul services, or you can use your existing WAN to carry the traffic back to a central point (centralised guest).
